Orskov Foods in Denmark
In Denmark, we have production in Oure and in Ørbæk. Oure is our headquarter, where we have 18,000 m² with office, fresh fruit sorting and packing and cold storage facilities.
In Ørbæk, we process Danish and Polish fruits and berries into frozen raw materials and produce purees and pure juices (NFC). We have two flow freezers, 10,000 pallet spaces for frost, 65 storage and mixing tanks, and 1,500,000 L tank capacity.

We buy, process and freeze berries, fruits and vegetables for the international food industry. Delivering everything from IQF to puree, and scarified, roller pitted, sliced, diced or rough cut raw materials.
We produce according to the HACCP principles with our production sites being certified organic, BRC, GlobalGAP, FSSC 22000 - depending on the purpose of the facility. Read more about certifications and quality here.
Stable year round delivery
We handle approx. 65,000 tonnes of berries, fruits and vegetables every year. We buy crop primarily from a large, professional group of Polish, Danish and Chilean growers. Passionate farmers who grow the good crop which is the foundation of our production.
Production at our growers takes place in close dialogue with us to make sure that all legislation is complied with and is according to good manufacturing practice.
